Because we do not have a store front, we are not setup for customers to walk in and order. We ask that you please use our web site or call our sales staff. We will then call you when your order is ready for pickup. If you are coming by be sure to call ahead to insure we can provided the best customer service.
We are now set up with ITAR to ship firearms parts (e.g. bolts, firing pins and assemblies, bottom metal, etc.) outside of the USA. If you would like more information on establishing a License, please contact Sheila for details.
PRODUCT RETURN POLICY: We do not accept returns on ANY custom tooling, Wildcat reamers, modified parts or used parts.
There is a 15% re-stock fee for authorized part returns only for unused / unopened standard shelf-stock parts and SAAMI reamers.
FEDERAL FIREARM LICENSE PRODUCT: If a product requires a FFL to place an order we will only ship the product to a licensed Federal Firearms Dealer and we will not ship until all of the appropriate documentation has been received. It is the purchasers responsibility to check their State, County and City laws for restrictions before placing an order. You must have your FFL dealer email or fax a copy of their valid FFL to Pacific Tool & Gauge, Inc. and also include the customer name & order number.

INTERNATIONAL AND/OR CUSTOM ORDERS: We are happy to accommodate you when we can and in order to keep our prices as low as possible for our valued customers we are asking that any custom order and/or International orders must be prepaid and if paid by check it must clear before the order is started, no exceptions. Calculating shipping charges is more complicated in these times than it has ever been. Pacific Tool & Gauge (PTG) is striving to keep our shipping costs as low as possible. As a result of this, Pacific Tool & Gauge has changed the way we ship as follows:
For packages one pound or more, UPS picks up from PTG and delivers to local post offices for final delivery to your mailbox, door, or PO Box (to ensure delivery within the expected time frame, your final carrier may vary.)

- Starting at $7.00 and up (varies by weight and value)
USPS Priority Mail starting at $15.50 and up.
ECONOMY INNOVATIONS FOR OVERSEAS:
UPS picks up from PTG and delivers to the local post office for final delivery.
Most packages are traceable here is the list of the countries that are traceable: Canada, UK, Germany, France, Switzerland, Netherlands, Australia, Belgium, Finland, Ireland, New Zealand, Portugal, Spain and Sweden.
Rates start at $20.00 for up to 1 pound and each additional pound is $10.00.
NOTE: Please specify with your Sales Representative how you would like your order shipped: UPS Ground, 3-Day, 2-Day or Next Day Air, Innovations or Surepost. We still ship Fed-Ex but only if the customer has a Fed-Ex account number. If not specified to Sales Representative we will ship it the least expensive way for our customer. USPS can still be available but depending on region, weight and value; cost may exceed UPS Ground or even UPS 3-Day.
